Frequently Asked Questions
How does the video call work?
Once you book your call, you will receive an email with your booking details, a link to the Google Meet video call and an invitation for your calendar.
I will also send you a reminder a day before, and an hour before the call. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the call.
What information does Ashley need from me?
There are no hard and fast rules BUT the more information you can provide, the better I can plan for your call.
For example, if you have an itinerary already, either send it while making the booking or email me with it afterwards ([email protected])
Even if you only have a vague idea of what you want to do (dates, places, duration, preferences etc) more is better when it comes to information :>
Some clients just want all their questions answered instead, as they already have a good plan in place. It can vary a lot for each client.
What will I receive after the call?
After the call you'll get:
- a video recording and transcript of the call
- a follow-up email with the links, timetables and notes we talked about
The call gives you everything you need to finish your own plan: daily plans that suit you, alternatives and rainy-day options, and help with transport and passes.
Can I cancel the call?
Because of time-zone differences, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your call.
- Less than 48 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund
I have limited calls each week, so short-notice cancellations mean I can't fill your slot.
