By Train
There are two main train options from Bern to Interlaken, direct, or with a change in Spiez. Both take just over 50 minutes, but obviously, the direct route is simpler.
- Bern – Interlaken Ost direct train takes 54 minutes and runs at 4 past every hour and alternates with the Spiez train at 34 past every other hour
- Via Spiez runs at 34 past every other hour (alternating with the direct train)
