There is no free parking in Lauterbrunnen. In fact, street parking is in general not allowed in Switzerland and it is vary rare to find any free parking at all.

Located in the center of town above the church, Parkplatz Lauterbrunnen is one of the most convenient short-term parking options in town. It is right by the Staubbach Falls and within walking distance to the train, bus and Grutschalp gondola.
If you are only in town for a shorter period of time (less than a day) I would park here. It is particularly great for seeing all the highlights in town and you can catch the bus to Steckelberg here for the Schilthorn or also to the Trümmelbach Falls.

Parkhaus Lauterbrunnen is the easiest and biggest parking garage in Lauterbrunnen and is intended for longer-term parking. It is on the left-hand side as you enter the town, so be on the lookout for the turn-off before the train station.

This is a multi-story car park that has options for daily parking. They allow
- 5 days in winter, 3 days in summer
- Maximum of 31 days
It is also quite convenient because your ticket is a QR code that allows multiple entries over the days you stay. So, you can go out on day trips, go for dinner etc.
This parking garage is connected to the Wengen train line, and the train going down the valley towards Interlaken and Grindelwald. It is opposite the Grütschalp gondola that takes you to the train to Mürren too. So it is very convenient

Parking Ey, Lauterbrunnen
Another option just over the river from the Staubbach Falls is the Parking Ey, It is a little smaller, but has 35 spots or so you can use, also 24/7.
