What is the Verbier VIP Pass?
The Verbier VIP Pass is their answer to the tourist pass that most resorts have these days, including places like Saas Fee and Zermatt.
The Verbier VIP pass gives you free access or a discount on a wide range of activities.
You also get limited access or discounts on some of the lifts, cable cars and gondolas in Verbier. This is intended for hikers and mountain bikers in the area.
For example, you can get:
- 50% off the Verbier Mountain Bike pass
- Free access as a pedestrian to these lifts
- Le Châble – Verbier
- Verbier – Les Ruinettes
- Verbier – Savoleyres
- La Tzoumaz – Savoleyres
- Le Châble – Mayens de Bruson
- Moay – La Pasay
Some of the huge range of activities you can take part in includes
- a visit to a museum
- an introduction to a Via Ferrata
- a ride in a cable car
- participating in a cheese-making workshop.

Good to know
- The pass is available in summer only: from June 1st until October 31st
- The pass is valid in the following areas: Verbier, Le Châble, Haut Val de Bagnes, Bruson, Vollèges , La Tzoumaz

How does it work?

Hotels & Apartments
The hotel staff will provide you with the Verbier VIP pass when you arrive and you can start booking your activities or use the cable cars.
If you are staying in an apartment, the rental agency will provide you with a pass.
Airbnb
If you are staying with friends or in an Airbnb, then go to the local tourist office, pay the tourist tax (between 1.50 – 4 CHF/person) and you will receive your pass immediately

In high season it might be good to book ahead. A lot of the activities can be booked directly online.
