Does Swiss Travel Pass Cover The Glacier Express?

Glacier Express on Swiss Travel Pass

The Swiss Travel Pass covers all train, bus and boat travel within Switzerland including the Glacier Express.

The Glacier Express is the so-called “slowest train in the world” and takes you through some of the most stunning scenery in Switzerland. Staring in either St Moritz or Davos, it passes through the high plateau of Engadine and then through the upper Rhine valley to Wallis, where it ends in the car-free town of Zermatt.

All of these legs of the Glacier Express are included in the Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Travel Pass Flex. This is because this travel pass includes all train travel in Switzerland except for a few select mountain railways like the Jungfraujoch.
